It was a bad experience. I got a flatted tire and I sent to this place to fix. The tire was fixed but it didn't last overnight and flatted again. Tried to call the store on Sunday,I said I need to drive on highway today, but I was told they don't have time to look at it. The attitude is unfriendly. Don't recommend Canadian Tire. Ironically, I found the bolt, which was penetrated into the tire, was still on the tire. Basically, they didn't fix the problem but charged $158 for the service.

The service centre at this location is run by crooks. I normally do all my own service but am tight on time these days. Brought my van in to have the brake pads replaced and know that the calipers and rotors are in good shape. They quoted my girlfriend over 1100 worth parts and labour. Also asked to have an oil change done which wasn't done. She ended up waiting 3 hours to have nothing done. Will never return to this location.

Thanks to helpful staff, I was quickly able to find quick start for my rebellious lawnmower. I also had an opportunity to discuss my car's air-conditioning issue and get a quote, which was at least $100 cheaper than anywhere else I've tried in the West and Central Kootenays so far. Great service, thanks.

Terrible store. Well, that's not true. The store itself is clean and full of useful things. It's the staff. Uh. I called to have an item put aside for me and after waiting in the customer service line until I thought I'd faint it turned out that it had not been put aside for me after all. Then they had to page someone who took forever to come and when he did arive it wasn't with my item. It was crazy. Everyone I've dealt with there had a brick tide to their rear ender. Don't even get me started on automotive.
