why have a parts desk if no one is at the desk? why would I go to your business to purchase car parts if you don't have anyone at the desk. Napa and literally every other auto parts store has someone at desk almost at all times. The only reason I'm giving this business 3 stars is because when i finally found someone they were very professorial and were able to assist me in finding my parts.

Staff seem helpful to be reasonably able to direct you to the exact location of most items in a specific aisle. Contrast this to the customer service you see in other box stores in FSJ and you will be pleased. Canadian tire is getting things right with their online inventory that tells you if your item is in stock at your store or not, a very convenient feature.

Service is good. It's kept clean and pretty well managed. The only thing i have to say that kinda bugs be is that the bathroom always stinks and they only have 1 for boys and girls

Sometimes you walk in and it seems like you can't find an attendant to help but today, though there were lots of folks shopping, I noticed that there were a lot of associates throughout the store. I sought one out and she helped me in finding a bike. She found the bike in the system and behold there was one left in the back. She was fast and the checkout went through quickly. Loved it!

Fort St. John is super limited with its options for anything. Canadian Tire is often my choice over Walmart. The store is cramped but it is stocked and fairly easy to find things. That being said, if you need a larger item.. good luck. I worked there briefly and now it all makes sense of the awful customer service. The training is limited and there is a “great” way of finding items in the back. But the spots where items are supposed to be are in the wrong spot and the staff knows that. So when a customer asks to have something from the back, forget it, unless you want to wait all day. Frustrating to work there but at least I have a little insight on why it’s so awful. I creditnit back to the supervisors and managers that don’t properly check in on their staff. I’ve heard rumours of a new store location. Maybe things will improve then, but I won’t hold my breath.
