God awful staff totally disinteresred in helping customers unless you are there exclusively to buy product

They say on the website they are Better Business Bureau but when I checked they are not. Makes me question the ethics.

I had no problem with Palm Drapery, no matter what I asked, to be done. I may not have remembered the name, but they recognized me.I sometimes, I asked for an impossible job, but they tried their best anyway. I suggest; to anyone, complaining, ask the person, speaking with you,"What is your name" -"What is your position? i.e (Owner, seamstress, accountant, part-time help, etc.) Know your product's origin and what you are asking the Company to for you.ask for the cost. Help yourself first, so others, can help you. I've been in business, myself and the only ones, I had problems with, were the ones, not wanting to pay the price. Don't just blame the wrong person, trying to help you, for not understanding what you want!

Worked with the staff and was blown away at the professionalism, level of expertise, and on-time delivery of both product and installation. I highly recommend using Palm Drapery! I would never have imagined it could be this easy and beautiful!!!
