I just can't figure out why some folks leave a bad review of OLIVER Canadian Tire. I have lived and shopped here going on 4 years...I have nothing but praise for staff and service here. If they don't have an item...they will order it for you from another location. Always a smile and pleasant customer service. I walk with a cane and when I buy heavier things...like bird seed the teller ALWAYS askes if I need help putting it in the car. I've lived right across Canada and have found this is number one in my books.

Auto department is a mess. Very unorganized. It took an hour and half after my scheduled appointment to get my truck into the garage. It only took 10 minutes to change my ONE tire. The mechanic (Ken) who did a great job, wasn’t given the work order which is why is took so long. They definitely need to work on their organization and communication between front house and mechanics. I asked for some sort of discount or store credit for the frustration and time I spent wondering around their store, and the manager (Julie, I think her name was) was beyond rude to me. I’ve worked in retail, and at a Canadian tire store in Alberta. We were taught to always please the customer so they come back again. Definitely won’t be back.

The lady on the floor was very helpfull.....but...the lady at the tell was very unfriendly, didn't ask me for my points card and when I handed it to her,she snatched it out of my hand scanned it and handed it back never looking up or acknowledging me....same went for the receipt." Bad day I guess".

The staff is on thier game. Within a split second 2 separate staff members knew exactly where items I was looking for plus went out of thier way to find something for me. Totally recommend thier smiling faces. Great service.

What a horrible store. No one to help find anything. You have to push a paging button to get a staff member to unlock the bathroom. Three pages later, we finally got in to the bathroom. Talk about treating all your customers like they are criminals! Aisles are narrow and cluttered. Impossible to shop pushing a cart. Just go elsewhere!
