Always helpful staff. If I have a big shop to do there I like to go on the Canadian Tire website and make sure the majority of the items I am looking for are in stock. It even tells you what isle they are in. Then you can either place an order for pickup there or just go shopping knowing you'll get what you need.

It is a good Canadian Tire. You are allowed to bring dogs in. The store is organized and clean. The staff is helpful and friendly. They always have good sales on

Most of the time staff is very unhelpful. One time I calmly and nicely made a comment to the manager and he didn't even bother to help me, or even talk to me about it, he just said "okay". Extremely bad customer service.

Love Canadian Tire because they let me bring my dog in. Dudley loves that he can shop there as well. .

Using the Canadian Tire website to place an order is a nightmare. If the local Parksville store is out of stock they direct you some where else like Seschelt. Then they don’t tell you until you have entered credit card details that you have to pick up your order in Seschelt. As if. They stall you for agonizing minutes at the page to sign up for their company credit card before you can check out. And they will not transfer the item to your local store. I will never order from their website again. Probably won’t shop in person either. It takes 4 phone calls to learn all this info about the item ordered. Too many phone prompt choices before you can select customer service or speak to a real person. Just a nightmare and a complete waste of my time.
