One star is generous. Three girls sitting there - I'm assuming all employees - on their phones, not once acknowledging customers in the store. Another group of patrons entered and stood at the counter. None of the employees made an effort to go to the front of the store to assist them. I felt as though I was inconveniencing them by being there. I did not like the atmosphere in the place. I was shopping for a new phone given my term was up on my current device. I left and went down the mall to the Bell kiosk where I was immediately asked if I needed assistance. Will strongly consider Bell for my future cellular needs.

The new guy seems pretty smart. And very helpful even though they are very busy. Plus the only stock of phones in fsj helps.

This place lacks customer service so badly!!!!!!!! If I could not give any stars I wouldnt. I understand they are busy but they should at least acknowledge other customers. Waited there 45 minutes today only to be told "systems down cant help you" no apology no nothing. I waited there my entire lunch break last week as well not once was I acknowledged or told we will be right with you. I went to walmart right after tosay their system was not down and they were able to help me immediately will NOT be going back to the staff that just rolls their eyes at you and does not have any customer service skills at all.

They tried to say they couldn't give me my money back for a service they said they would complete but never did (transferring my photos from my IPhone to my new Android) because I didn't keep the receipt and they couldn't find the right record they needed in their system to refund me. This was a same day event. Dealing with the same people who made the sale to me just hours before. This all happened because I stupidly pre paid thinking this was a fairly simple process done by phone companies and that there wouldn't be an issue if they told me it could be done. I had dropped my phone off in the early afternoon and ended up having to phone them at like 20 minutes to closing in order to find out what was happening with my phone. They said we ended up not being able to do that. So whatever I just wanted my money back at that point then because nothing could be done. I get there and they are like sure we can refund you do you have a receipt? I was like well no sorry I said don't worry about it when you asked if I wanted my one earlier today.... They said ok and if they couldn't find me in the system there was nothing they could do about it. They couldn't find me in the system so I asked if I could give me the amount I paid off a phone case or something to make up for it. Manager says no because their inventory would be off. I was about to leave not knowing what else to do but luckily I forgot my phone at the desk. When I came back in I was even more frustrated and asked one more time if they could try to find what they needed because taking money for a service not rendered is basically theft? Then one of the staff members somehow was able to find something proving I paid even though they saw me pay like 5 hours ago... And after all that I got my money back. Possibly one of the least competent phone kiosks I've had to deal with.

Been trying to call for 2.5 hours and not once has an associate picked up the phone.
