Steve Marshall Ford Service Representatives took my F150 in on an emergency basis due to significant time constraints to evaluate a potential brake line issues. I called them for help, I arrived at their Campbell River Service Centre, my vehicle was immediately taken into the shop and the issue was remedied....all within one hour. Absolutely FANTASTIC service. I could not have ever hoped for better service and understanding. Thank you.

Really nice people. Always making things work good and going the extra mile. Had an oil change and found out I needed my front brakes replaced. The service dept got me in the next morning, do to the fact, i was leaving on a trip on Sunday. Everyone was GREAT. THANK YOU FOR SUCH GREAT SERVICE TO YOU ALL.

Took my car in for service today. The people in the service department and front waiting are so nice. Love dealing there.

This dealership doesn't honor their warranty. I bought a brand new Mustang from here and the engine went in it within a couple years. It was under 60,000 km and had always been taken in for tuneups and oil changes. They immediately turned me away and wouldn't replace the engine or offer me anything of any sort. The employees working at this ford dealership were civil, respectable, and kind. It is the owner of this ford dealership that was rude and just a plain jerk
