I have received excellent service with Pier Street Computers for over 15 years. The staff are always helpful and friendly. John offers solutions efficiently at great prices. They are conscious contributors to our community and I am grateful they are here in our small city. I know I can go to them with any computer problem and get help. Thanks John and all the staff at Pier Street computers!

John and the staff at Pier Street Computers are the best! I’ve purchased both equipment and service from them. The equipment they sell me is what I need, they don’t try and up-sell you something you don’t need. Also, their service is prompt, reliable and within budget. These guys know their stuff and I trust & recommend them for your computer needs.

Computer broke down. Walked in unannounced, was promised a two day turnaround and that is exactly what I got. Laptop back in my hands as promised and working excellently. Good onsite explanations. All in all quite happy with the service and the friendliness of the staff. Next time I have a problem it will be the first place I go.

We have used John and his team at Pier St Computers for all of our office computers @ Pacific Nations Auto Sales and Finance. The prices were better than the big box stores and the customer service and knowledge was far superior. I highly recommend John at Pier St Computers.
