Service is excellent. Very much a feeling of a smaller, more intimate shopping experience. Has most items the really large stores have. Prices are very close (usually a little more than home Depot or Rona) and sometimes less. I will return and definitely shop here again.

On May 28, 2018 at about 5pm I went to buy a spray paint for my son's homework. The Asian lady at the entrance stopped me to ask me to leave my backpack with her. I explained her that it was not a backpack but my purse. Small pink purse that happens to be conveniently carry on my back or on my shoulder. With unfriendly and condescending attitude, she had to grab the manager who wanted to escort me to get the paint. I felt humiliated and treated like we are not living in Canada. I had to leave with out buying before I allow them to treat people like that. When I left I was willing to drive as much as necessary for a spray paint but luckily I found it a few blocks away at the looney store. Please don't shop there. The other location at Springfield is run by customer friendly management

We have been had a contractor account with Mara Lumber for decades, buying many of our building supplies here for our various residential, commercial, and industrial jobs throughout the Okanagan. They are courteous, helpful, knowledgeable, ethical, and just generally lovely to work with. Mara Lumber is an excellent company that should be known for its great people, great supplies, and great business practices. Thanks, Mara!

My real concern is the lack product. I always am being directed to some other shop that may or may not have the product I'm looking for. Always hoping when I turn in that the product is available but likely as not you don't and the I wish I had gone on your competitors.

Excellent as always. Always purchase from local if I possibly can. Thank you.
