Over stocked shelves and terrible deals. The customer service seemed great so I would recommend this place if you want genuine help with something. Keep up the good work! The terrible deals are more a corporate problem, nothing the staff or managers can really resolve. Sometimes you can get good deals during Christmas time and even boxing day week.

The worst customer service that you could ever receive. Rude employee specially the guy Justin. Does not know how to handle customer issues. These guys does not even accept their mistake and take responsibility to fix it. If you have issues stocking the items with wrong price tag all around your store at least have the courage to own your mistake. And get some lessons on customer service before working at a retail store.Never coming back again.

A team is sometimes as good as it's weakest player. I believe it was Roger who was to place some items on hold until I got there, sadly he dropped the ball. Fortunately I was able to get the items after fussing over the distance I drove to get there.

Store was clean from what I could see. There was never ending help when you needed it and everything that I went there for ..they had everything in stock. So that we my LUCKY DAY' plus their staff was very friendly which makes a person comfortable when they stop at those big warehouse stores

Service at the Langley location is pretty great! Everyone is pretty helpful but I'd like to shout out one employee in particular. Patrick, you are a SAINT and deserve a raise! Very knowledgeable about product and procedures, kind, friendly, and definitely patient with my group of friends and I! Gave 4 stars because the cashier was fairly rude and refused to price match an item though we were told we could by another employee. Again, thank you Patrick for all your help!!!!
