I went to the source, and I asked the sales associate to remove my old tempered glass screen protector. He didn't know how to remove it and was getting glass everywhere. It was a really cringey experience, and really hard to watch. I asked for a tempered glass screen protector for The Samsung Galaxy A5 2017 and he said they had it. He put on he tempered glass and it didn't fit the screen. There was a significantly large gap on my screen. I told him it didn't look like it fit and he said "it's supposed to look like that". That's funny, cause my previous one didn't look like that? Now, because of this, my phone screen has cracked. I'm very upset about this, considering I voiced my concerns to him, and he merely ignored it, and denied it. I paid $500 out of pocket for this phone, and cannot afford to buy another one. Again, I am very upset and would like some kind of compensation like a store credit, considering my phone screen is now cracked because of this associates pure incompetence.

I wasn't happy that half an hour before closing they would not take cash. The product is absolute garbage so I will be going back tomorrow, hopefully there won't be any problems. This product, a bluetooth adapter dongle by blue, should not be sold by any reputable store.

walked in to try and return or exchange a gift card. And i understand that you can't because of the activation code and everything, but the lady who was helping me was horrid. I told her this was a 50$ gift card and she said well you can talk to her manager,and i said okay, then proceeded to say that he won't be in till the next day. which was christmas eve. so yeah i started getting irritated and said is there anyone who can help me?? then she said "I don't know why your getting mad at me", Like lady really? and all the coworkers were just standing behind the counter watching. bad service, plain and simple.
