I accidentally gave Mike's Computer Shop a 3 star review (pocket rating it seems). They certainly deserve a 5 star rating though. I recently built my first gaming PC, and was able to get around half my parts from Mike's Computer Shop. Not only was I able to pick the parts up directly from their store, but I was able to use their price matching option to ensure that I got the best price for those parts. Further, once I completed my build I ran into an issue on boot. I called Mike's shop and asked if I could bring in my completed build to problem solve. While they usually charge around $60 dollars to do a full diagnostics test, they helped me fix my issue in around 30 minutes at no charge. I recommend anyone use Mike's. Not only can you ensure you are getting excellent prices through their price match function, but the customer service has been excellent as well.

The staff here are excellent, but extremely busy. However they do find time to help out customers in the store. Prices are rather high for certain components like Graphics cards, Memory, and Solid State Drives but this is industry wide at the moment so it is acceptable. My only issue was that there was no price tags on any items, I asked an associate about this and apparently the prices for components change so quick that it would take alot of time to re-tag everything. This is true and they can tell you the price of an item almost immediately so it's not too much of an issue. Overall they have all the computer components and accessories you could ever need.

Good prices & selection, but the service is bothering me. I placed an order nearly 10 business days ago and it has still not arrived, despite shipping times listed as typically 1-5 business days. They say to contact them if tracking information has not been received after that time, but when I did so they were very unhelpful. The customer service rep I was dealing with was professional, but not at all helpful. They had no approximate idea as to when my order might ship, and they provided the link to check my order status multiple times, even though it provides very basic information (apparently my order has been "Shipping" for over a week. They are apparently awaiting some items to arrive from their warehouse or other location, but they state that they will deliver items in separate shipments for quicker delivery. I would recommend placing individual orders for each item. I will likely shop here again, but not placing an order with multiple items. EDIT: I received a response, and they are shipping the order today. There was a mixup with the retail location the items were being shipped to. (Changed from 2-3 stars).

I would not recommend using their online store. I just had one of the worst experiences trying to get my package delivered all because of the seller's unreasonable restrictions: can only deliver to the credit card address, no pickup from UPS store allowed, no safe dropping, etc. I would advise everyone to read their terms and policies before placing an order and consider if it's really worth it.

Well worth your time. Staff is friendly, knowledgeable and very helpful. They won't upsell you, they are eager to get you what you want and need. They have a website and are on Amazon but if you have questions, come in to the store instead. There is no substitution for talking face to face and putting your hands on the items. Store is no frills and plain but filled with goodies
