I found George who is service Manager, very helpful and they not only fixed my puncture but gave me a list of things they found on my Car that needed attention without me asking....as a women alone I needed that help....so went back and made appointment to correct the faults..thanks George.

Great variety of items in various departments. Also like that there is usually sale prices on many items. Very clean. Very spacious. Helpful staff.

Limited selection compared to other stores. Prices can be good on sales. Lots of parking. Line ups are not bad cept when busy then it can be very slow to get threw.

The last 3 times I have came here looking for a big item I have been denied due to lack of staff that are able to run the machine to grab the item from the warehouse. Every time I have came in it’s been around 4:30 - 5 PM. I walked to the service counter to ask someone to bring it to the front.. the boy that came to the front asked what I wanted and rolled his eyes and walked away. 5 minutes later we were told no one can get it for us and they would take our information for when they have someone on shift. When I asked why there was no one able the cashier told me “only during the day” that they have people qualified. 3 times I have had to go to Walmart or home hardware. It is such an inconvenience. There was countless young boys and girls walking around the store doing absolutely nothing, maybe train them in areas that are needed. I am tired of being turned away from this store because none of the kids have access to something IN STOCK.
