Travelling home hubby noticed one tire was shot and another worn on our holiday trailer. The shop was closing for the day. They took our trailer in and replaced and flipped tires with no extra charge.

Bill and his team bent over backwards to help us out. My wife and I were about 2 km outside town when our Jeep started overheating. No longer driveable. We needed to be in Kelowna that night and Vancouver early the next morning but no one could get us in. We tried to limp out of town but only made it as far as ok tire from the husky down the street. To be clear, Bill had told me he was already too busy to get our Jeep in for the next two days but when he saw how distressed we were he PERSONALLY attended to fixing our car and getting us back on the road. Even drove to another town to pick up the part we needed. If there were 10 stars I would have given them that, for now I will have to settle for the MAX at 5 stars!

Coming in from out of town and had a slight shaking, I was told that I had to rotate all 4 tires because the front 2 were mismatched. After being given the go ahead to drive to Vancouver and back to Calgary, I noticed the wheel was shaking even worse than when I came in, so I called my local mechanic who DIAGNOSED THE PROBLEM OVER THE PHONE (separated tire). I asked them if that was the problem when I returned and they told me they didn’t see anything. Shortly after I was told that ‘after another look’ they found a separated tire that was extremely noticeable even from a non professional view point. Disappointed in the lack of training given to the staff at this location.
