I really want to like shopping here, but it can be painful and frustrating. The well-meaning staff often don't have the answers and seem unable to find items on their computer system. "Did you look at the Canadian site or US site..." is something I've been asked way too many times. I have to double or triple check prices to ensure I'm being charged correctly. Returns for online orders are difficult, even if you have your receipt. Be sure to remember exactly which credit card you used otherwise, yikes, you'll be told of your shortcomings. The checkout lines can be lengthy. Check your receipt after you're out the door; I've been overcharged several times and some items scanned twice. Sign-up and get your 20% off coupons, it's the best way to get a good discount. Random shopping trips have netted some very good deals in the clearance section where Mikasa, Kate Spade and other items were 75% off. There are some great finds here for decent quality household items. I spent a lot of money here after we moved into a new home. I just wish the service and overall shopping experiences were better.
