Canadian Tire is so overpriced. Their prices in the flyer are made up too. One week something will be 40% off and the next 55% because they changed the original price to make it look like you are saving more. (I was looking at a dehumidifier. One week it was reg $379 on sale for $199 then the next it was reg $499 on sale for $299). I’ve not had good experiences with the auto department either. I took my car there for a simple issue and should’ve taken at most an hour and they were still struggling four hours later... A friend needed their door fixed and took it to Canadian Tire and it was good for a month or two.. When it had issues again she got a mechanic friend to fix it this time. Canadian Tire ‘fixed’ her door with a plastic tie...... and charged her $270 to do it. I do think they have one of the best websites. I like how it’ll tell you the price, how many are in stock and which aisle it’s in. Super helpful.

You know what I love about Canadian tire, the fact that the store's inventory is available online. It tells you how many they have of a product and with the ailse number in the store so you can find things super easily. There are even computers throughout the store, kinda like Chapters, where you can look things up as the go track them down. If you didn't look up the product you were searching for, there are always an ample number of black and red shirt friendlies to help you find your way to what you were looking for. And there is always a new sale with awesome deals. If you are checking your flyers early, you'll find amazing deals that usually run the Friday to the Sunday. We usually fill up our vehicles at their gas bar, and even grab drinks or lotto, and that accumulates Canadian tire money, which adds up quickly when you are driving two vehicles and making trips to Winnipeg. The Canadian tire money can be redeemed on purchases in the store, and that just adds to those great weekly deals. I definitely recommend Canadian Tire, they sell a lot of great products, good parking here in Brandon, and easy to find what you're looking for.

Horrible customer service! Phoned for a couple items that were on sale til end of day. I started out at customer service and got transferred to 2 different departments before going back to customer service. Would not give me a rain check for the next day even when there is 20 in stock! The lady actually said “we close in 10 mins and that can’t be done and we have no where to store it.” When I asked her name she said good bye and hung up! Phoned Portage store and they have them and they will be ready for me to pick up tomorrow morning! Yeah Portage!! Will never shop at Brandon store again!

Good quality items at good prices. Fast checkout. Lots of parking. However, some staff could be friendlier/welcoming instead of ignoring/busily rushing by customers. Plus lot could use a cart corral to keep stray carts from cluttering spots.

I'm never sure what to think about this location. Some visits are good, while others can be somewhat disturbing. I'm told the the auto repair is a seperate owner than the store. This may be why the automotive service is inconsistent and the CT company seems to turn a blind eye. The store itself has a decent range of products. Day to day pricer are higher than other stores. You're best bet is to know what you want and wait for it to go on sale. Sales are often 40-50% off.
