These two guys including Andrew the manager are corrupted, i asked for them to change sparkplugs - i get a phone call saying the wires are bad… i never asked for wires but they did them anyway and tried to charged me for installing them… Very rude and inconsiderate because they had changed out 7 of the 8 sparkplugs and told us that when they took out the last plug it was defective and stripped threads… they told me they could try and rethread it… i get a phone call saying they cannot help us anymore because they tried to rethread it and messed it up even more! Now they are not taking responsibility for causing more damage… the truck sat for a week and a half in the cad tire parking lot because we refused to pay until there was a resolution…. we come back today to pick up the vehicle and the front hood is open?!?! excuse me is this how you treat your customers?? their response was “oh we didn’t know the hood was open” so your telling me for a week and a half of you guys clocking in and out of the workplace that none of you had the audacity to look and check if the hood was open???? we will be taking legal action against cad tire because guess what? they charged us $330 but once we called the head office in toronto, we go to pay it in person and get the truck back and they just handed us the keys, without paying the $330 and without saying sorry for our inconvenience…NOTHING, they never said a word… these guys know they messed up and now wont charged us because they know they are in the wrong. very corrupted and racially profiling me and my grandfather… this wont be the last review on here either… I understand ANDREW has a reputation with other customers were displeased with his authority as a manager as well ! this is my last time shopping here for anything considering they are Canadian owed company you would think they would treat us Canadians in the correct fashion. but we were left without a vehicle and they causes mental stress for me and my grandfather for no reason… shame on you guys…KARMA WILL ALWAYS WIN… WATCH

Great service where do I start! It started with me trying to find this Christmas tree that I had on my phone( I couldn’t find it). I got this young man by the name of Ryan to help me, wow was he great his service and his overall just friendliness was unbelievable from such a young guy. He found this tree in no time and had me on my way quicker then I could believe. I will certainly ask for him next time I’m in the store!! 🙂

On the 14th my husband purchased 4 tires and 4 rims. We just took them and had a different mechanic put them on the car because it would be a week and a half until ctire would fit us in and they said it would take them 3+ hours (with an appointment). We went to get them put on the car and our mechanic couldn't put 1 on because it was defective and had a bulge sticking out. I brought it back and asked for it to be exchanged because i was given defective merchandise. The front desk associate said they'd charge me for the installation fee (even though it was defective) or we can contact the manufacturer. I said ok and he took the tire and said they'd get it done as soon as they could and give me a call. I went and did shopping and 2.5hrs later still wasn't given a call so I came back. The guy then told me they are an hour behind and still haven't even gotten to it. I asked if they could quickly just squeeze it in because its just putting a single tire on a rim, not even installing it to the vehicle. He said no and its my fault because I didn't have an appointment. I said fine and left. After 5 hours I came back to ask if it was done and again the associate (Tyler) wasn't very helpful and just said "they'd get to it when they can". I asked for the manager and the manager I was talking to was extremely condescending and rude. He eventually got an associate to come and fix the tire. The one parts manager- Blake, told me if its not installed here then there is no warranty. Which sounds absolutely ridiculous spending almost $300 for a single tire and it not being covered under any warranty? I spent almost $1,800 on the tires and rims total and this is how they treat their customers? We definitely won't be back.

I deleted my 5 star review you did not read and will start again. As you can see in the photo, I use both 5 US gallons and 3 US gallons. You charge $2.49 for the 5 and $1.99 for 3. Yesterday I brought two of my 3 gal and your impolite clerk charged $4.00 cash, tossed the loonie change from a $5 on the counter and didn't so much as say thanks. Why the extra dollar each visit? You don't do that at your gas pumps! 3/5 of $2.49 is $1.49! There is no packaging involved so why so much?? $2.49 for 5 and $4 for 6???????????? Edit again after yet another canned exact same message thanking me!!! I just went to Giant Tiger and their water tests at an extremely good 6 PPM and 3 gallons is $1.44, as it should be. Their 5 gallon is cheaper too! See you!!!.......................actually you won't! :)

The worst place on earth to buy anything.I had visited there to find car remote cells, and I was not able find those. I asked some of the employees of the Canadian tire. There were all rude and no one answered politely they all seems to arrogant and answered like hmm hmm, what the hell was that ! I am paying to buy something I’m not getting anything for free. It felt like discrimination at this place. I saw them helping others getting them things and I have just given the directions with very rudely manner by them. Never wants to go there again even in my life.
