Glad to know i'm not the only person with issues with this company. I've been looking for one stupid small pin for about 2 weeks now and no where seems to sell it. I FINALLY found some in stock at the Ontario location which i called asking if they could ship the item and i'd be MORE than happy to pay for everything involved in that. They told me it would be faster and easier to just call one of the locations in my city, (which i did... i actually called 3 of them) and have them do an internal transfer of the item. One location told me he "probably" doesn't have what i'm looking for before i even gave him a description or part number. So i guess they have psychics working there too.. cool. So i called another location and was told NO WAY do they do that and i would need an account since i'm not a company. WELL... I AM with a company and i'm not making an account for a $4.00 f*#^ing pin! What the actual hell is the point of needing an account. Tell me. The answer is NONE because we are also a company that deals in accounts and we would never turn away a sale. Ridiculous.

Previous guy I dealt with was very helpful and recommended my friends to do business with the store, but this store Failed me today. Hippie looking dude did not want to help what so ever. He told me to call in the store while I was already there infront of him, I'm trying to buy a product they sell online which he first Deny the store sells.. I walked away and did my business else where.. referrals stops here..
