Price matching. Great service. Well done . Beat the Lowe's price without a question and no taxes. Only downfall is no appliances onsite. They all ship, but worth it.

Love Home Depot. Easy returns, emailed receipts, great selection and reasonable prices. Their lumber is surprisingly good, if you take the time to go through it or request a fresh load be pulled down for you.

I have started going to either the Lowes, Rona, or the St Vital Home Depot. I find the staff here to be less than helpful and sometimes downright rude. I bought a shed package from here once and it was delivered damaged. I had taken a couple days off of work to complete this project so I called the store wanting a replacement, and I was told it would be 2 WEEKS before they could send another. The person on the phone that I spoke with was rude and actually hung up on me. Bought my shed from Windsor Plywood instead. I figured that it might be a bit more money but the customer service would be what I expected. I was wrong....it ended up being CHEAPER at Windsor and I got excellent customer service.

I always shop Home Depot when I have a project on the go. I like the new products that they bring in and I find the store is easy to navigate. I have used their install services and bought a house full of appliances. For the most part I have no complaints. They have always fixed it when things went wrong, even if the thought that it was not their fault.

Horrible experience. An oven and fridge was purchased, oven went in fine. The fridge though wow what a joke. So Home Depot brought their movers. To my amazement two skinny guys showed up that looked like they'd struggle to lift a 2L of pop. They said it'll be fine since they have straps. Well it wasn't they tried to force the fridge to fit between the island and counter denting the fridge. Also it was remarked to please be careful with the floor since it's hardwood and expensive they said it would be fine. They scratched the hardwood floor. Which is real hardwood not fake laminate. Not to mention that they also dented the old fridge moving it. So they took the new fridge back and said someone would be in touch regarding a replacement and to talk about the scratched floor. The manager in contact said the new fridge has to be ordered and would take approximately 3 weeks. So for 3 weeks we had to use the old fridge in the basement which may not seem like a big deal but it's a huge pain trying to cook. Finally the manager said the fridge will arrive friday the 10th of August. It did not it took almost two dozen phone calls to once again contact manager. She apologized and said it will arrive Saturday instead and someone will come at the same time to assess the floor. Again no one came Saturday. Tried calling manager again no answer. Honestly this is the worst customer experience I've ever seen. Needless to say we will not be shopping at Home Depot any longer either for appliances or any other home improvement needs.
