Very nice service with lots of clean isles to browse through. I heard that Andy from the lumber yard used to work here, he was so delightful to deal with. I would drive all the way from Pinawa just to chat with him - I can see why he was the employee of the month on so many occasions. Regent is lucky to have you, take care Andy.

I always have a great experience at the paint department . Debbie who is always very happy and pleasant no matter how busy they are . I had a slight problem with the paint that another associate sold me ,and she made it right . No problem. She is a great asset to the store. Thanks Debbie

Horrible experience. Had to get paint, stood at the paint counter for about 10 minutes. The associate was helping a customer who had a big order which was fine, I didn't mind waiting. Another associate came to help as the other associate was suppose to be off. I was already waiting close to 15 minutes for paint. Another customer walks up and the second associate served her first even though I was waiting there. I didn't mind having to wait, but found it extremely rude that a customer who just walked up was helped first before me. I wasn't even acknowledged. Will not be shopping at Home Dept anymore as this isn't the first time I've had a bad experience. Will be going to Rona from now on- better service and a way better selection.

It is my favourite hardware store in the city. They have pretty much everythi g you could ever want and besides peak times, there are usually a lot of staff around to help

Is it just me or are they not hiring knowledgeable people who are able to really help and not just show you where the products are? It used to be that you could talk to a knowledgeable employee who could help you....not nearly as much anymore
