Best local source for pro grade tools and fasteners, helpful staff, generally patient with amateurs. Good repair service.

Great service, price, friendly and knowledgeable staff. Bought many tools over the years and will continue to in the future.

Sent in a Paslode nailer simply to have a missing probe tip replaced. Was up-sold to have a service done on the tool and agreed. Did not receive the tip we needed which was the only reason the tool was originally sent in. I called to ask about it and was told that the purchase order said "add no new tip". Why would they write down to NOT add a part and even include the part number? I asked for the price on the part and was told it was $2.12 and could go back to purchase if I wanted it. Since then, they have reached out to me and delivered two of the part I needed at no charge. I appreciate the effort to make up for the poor customer service originally received.

On my first-ever phone call, then visit here today, I was greeted by very friendly and exceedingly helpful staff. I interacted with 3 of their staff directly and I am super impressed at how helpful they all were. I would highly recommend this company, and as usual - the employees made the difference. They had my interests in mind and provided top-notch service to a guy they'd never seen before... however I'll be back!
