I recently went to pick something up for a friend, and I was unsure of the exact product I was looking for. I had asked the girl if someone was available to come help me and when she went to get the manager I could overhear the manager making fun of the fact that I didn’t know which product to purchase. Anyways, it turned out that I was correct to be confused as the product that the girl directed me to was incorrect and they didn’t even carry what I was looking for. I wouldn’t go back there, I would much rather go to a store where people are willing to help me.

Awesome little hardware store with a lot of the things you need for those small projects. Keys cut, lamp repairs, vacuum cleaner repairs and more. Takes me back to the good old days.

All the staff are very friendly and are very welcoming compared to bigger volume stores. Definitely a great place to go for any little repairs.

Always helpful even when o am spending circa $0.49! They even let me take my dog in!

Talking down to elderly people- yelling at them and kicking them out of the store for asking questions. Don't bother standing up for them because the worker also yelled saying "mind your own buisness" when doing the right thing. Avoid the male employee - tall, stocky, balding with a stubble beard. Never going back. Also dont let your parents or grandparents shop there.
