Good prices and great staff

Hey Everybody! Thanks for the reviews - good and not so good. A couple of things that might help. First of all, we appreciate your business. Sometimes we get overwhelmed with customers and, unfortunately, sometimes you have to wait. I don't like to keep anybody waiting, but it sometimes happens. If you have a problem or a compliment, I'd like to hear from you personally. Ask for me and I will be glad to meet with you to discuss. We don't always have prices on everything, but we try. Please ask. Again, thanks for the feedback. I appreciate it. Mike Symak President Mid-Canada Fasteners & Tools Ltd.

Mike ran around for 20 minutes finding everything I needed for a truck restoration project and only cost me $6 in materials. Great place will be back thanks!

Good deals when they have sales, great selection, very helpful staff. No attitude like at The Bolt supply House Changed from 5 to 3, was I n the other day, no prices on anything, no help available, lots of people looked my way then ran away. I guy behind counter was busy chatting about some waste of time BS, wanted to spend some serious cash on Milwaukee tools, went to Prime across the street and was actually worse. Don't know how these lousy businesses stay afloat
