I have to unfortunately deal with them more often than I would like. When they answer the phone they sound like its a huge chore to deal with customers, and answer their questions. I called in and requested a washer that is not something they stock and they made it seemed like I just wasted a bunch of their time, and the "gentleman" I was dealing with hung up on me at the end of the call. This is the worst company I have dealt with

Very slow service. Employees behind the counter look at you and walk away. If it wasn't for work, I probably wouldn't come here.

Called to get pricing and then again to place an order. Both times the phone was answered by different guys , both with extremely brusque attitudes, no manners nor any kind of politeness. The second guy hung up on me (and there was no reason to, I was simply placing an order on the phone for items they had in stock). Brutal.

I only go here once in a while but they always have what I need in terms of hard to find fasteners. The minimum order is $10 so if you only require a few fasteners be prepared to add random things to your order to top it off.

Well stocked. Grouchy staff & abysmal customer service.
