We came to the garage because it was a weekend and the dealership wasn’t open. We told them the wiper motor had probably went for my wipers. WE EVEN BROUGHT A NEW WIPER MOTOR. The staff were friendly and accommodating but after a quick, I mean quick inspection of the wipers and assembly. They came back to us saying, it wasn’t the motor and that they checked the fuses and fuse box. They had no idea what was going on. Well, it turns out they DID NOT check the fuse box because the fuse was blown, no wonder they didn’t get the motor to work. The fuse was blown and when we and a friend replaced the fuse with a spare, turns out it was the motor after all. I paid money for them to say they checked everything. Was a total waste of my time and money. Oh! And not only that! They broke off all the pins to keep in the area to keep the plastic in place for the wiper area and then when we opened up the hood they had it ZIPTIED!!!!! I’m astonished how they have this place still operating. I paid money for them to break my stuff and tell me they checked everything. Never again will I go here. Please do not take your vehicles to this shop.
