Pathetic, anytime that I've asked for help they tell you it's someone else's job. So you ask them to call someone to the department because there's never anyone around. But magically nobody ever shows up no matter how many times you ask.

I like the larger store when I am looking for something. Good staff. Handy to the concentrated shopping areas nearby.

Well...i had keys made 2 days ago and it didn't fit..they told me that the make I chose doesn't always match so if I had any problems just bring them neck. They didn't work. So this morning I went and got them made again...used a different model of keys to make sure.. Just got home....does not fit.. Doesn't even look like the same.... So u will have to go a 3rd time.

Paid and reserved something online. Very easy pickup...there's a phone at customer service which is a direct line to back warehouse. Drove up to client pickup area and they loaded product into car for me. Great service and easy procedure.
