Went on a Saturday afternoon and waited 45 minutes in line while the girl working chatted with a customer about a phone case. Got tired of waiting and left. Went back on Sunday at 11am and waited 35 with no service and walked out again. Went back in the afternoon and waited over an hour to be served. The transaction process is too long with each customer and the employees need to stop small talk. Get them in and get them out! Oh, and I bought a $2,400.00 MacBook after 3 trips in and over 2 hours of combined waiting. You’re welcome Jump!

I am using 15pro, facing the battery drainage issue since long. I went to this store 4 times since November but they never checked my device properly and asked me to come back again with an appointment but they never attend any phone call. My warranty is expiring in march, not sure what should i do to get in touch with them so that they can look into the issue. Pathetic customer service, and the girl at the counter is so lazy. Not ready to work at all.

I was a bit hesitant about visiting this store after reading the reviews. However, I bit the bullet and went; I had a very pleasant experience and bought a new phone. What I will say is that consideration needs to be given to the length of time that it would take to buy these types of products, as customers will have questions and different considerations in choosing their final option. I estimated about 20 minutes minimum; therefore if you visit the store and all the associates are engaged, and there is a cue, the wait time could be a bit. When I went there were 3 customers and 3 associates, I waited about 15 minutes and once it was my turn, I found that the associate who dealt with me (a guy - wish I got his name) was very professional, knowledgeable and courteous. I would therefore recommend.

I live an hour away from moncton. I've been checking for available appointments on their website, on the apple support app and tried calling multiple times a day for the past week. This is ridiculous for the only apple retailer to be like this. I'll probably get seen faster waiting till my trip to halifax in a month. Edit* they actually said I'd have better luck in halifax :( they don't book appointments more than a day or two before the asked about date. Yet their website + apple support app just says no appointments available at every time of the day. Can't even drop a phone off with them in hopes they'll eventually be able to get to it. For the only apple retailer in such a HUGE radius. Please do better :(
