Grateful for this store being in town. Was about to order a dryer belt online, but I would have got it wrong. They helped me pick the right one for my model and were helpful with a few questions I had about installation.

BETTER BUYING FROM ARME SUPPLY CANADA...STAY AWAY FROM THIS BUSINESS AS ONLY OUT FOR THEMSELVES AND THEIR PROFITS!!! I was referred to them and I wish I hadn't have been. I ordered a Maytag stove top burner on March 23, 2021 and I was advised by Tom that it'd be in within 2-4 wks. Well they took the money on the same day it was ordered and I received it on May 21, 2021. I went and picked up the box from Midbec and nothing was said other then have a nice day. Called SOS Repair and Michael came over (of whom I would say was amazing and patient to say the least) and he was at my house for 4 hrs trying to hook up the new part but said it seemed not to be working. In the end, he advised me that it appeared as though the jumper box had switches which were faulty and staying open. He advised me also that it appeared that the burner looked to have been used as there were punctures on the bottom. He told me to take it back to midbec and I called them and they said bring it in. When I went in with the broken burner, they said that the box date did not match the dates on the burner and later called me to say they could not help me as the box had been open. I stated that Tom was insinuating that I had somehow switched out the burners or that I had printed a different dates on the box (even though Mike from SOS took out the old burner)???!!! He said that he was not saying this but kept telling me that it was in the fine print of the receipt, that all there sales were final and non returnable - EVEN WHEN THE PART THEY WERE SELLING IS SOLD TO YOU BROKEN! He said all this was in the fine print and when I asked why I was not informed not to open the box, he said that he couldnt answer that. The piece cost almost 350$ and now they expect me to buy another faulty piece from them! STAY AWAY is all I can say. PS I would have given 0 stars but it wouldn't allow me to as they are literal crooks.
