Service is lacking. Most staff not motivated. There is a couple of staff here who actually know what they are doing, and know the store. Try to search them out. The biggest attraction is the Garden Center, that being open a short time, seasonal. Grab the plants while you can because they are not taken care of. This store should be top notch, and it is truly bottom of the barrel. Too much in fighting perhaps? Management issues? I don't know. There are other places in town you can get what this place offers, with much better service. There sales are good though, do shop the sales, however they usually only have 1 or 2 sale items.

Very helpful customer service when you're in the store. However if you call it's more than likely you will be on hold 4+ minutes.

This is the worst Canadian tire I have ever been took. The customer service lady is a very nasty person, no customer service skill at all I have no idea why they have her on there. And the manager and rest of staff are just as bad.
