I love going to Canadian Tire. Their selection is great, most of the time. The carry such a wide variety of things that when it comes to it, usually they have it. Prices are generally fair, staff is knowledgeable. And their sales are unbeatable. I got so many staple items for my house and kitchen here, that I love. The points/Canadian Tire Money system could be better in my opinion... Especially compared to something like PC Optimum, but whatever. Highly recommended nevertheless.

The automotive service center is the worst I have seen in the city. No wonder they call it 'crappy tire' which I can understand now. They were supposed to work on my vehicle then a couple of hours of work turns out to be 24hrs. They had one of their mechanics work on my vehicle, then they tell him to put mine aside and work on other cars when he's not even done mine yet. I would never ever recommend this place for your car maintenance service. Better to go to other garages that would actually charge less and get a much better service than the crappy service they provide here.

I frequent this store for the clearance and open box products. I've heard things about the service centre. My Ford Ranger would not spark. Try a bunch of things still nothing. Towed it to CT. The great thing is that he did the same things I did with same results. Then he started to replace the parts that didn't work he put the old part back on. Can't do that ANYWHERE else. We had both plugged in OBD. He read crank sensor mine did not. Anyway unplugged and truck started and has been running ever since. No parts exchanged at all. Yup Ford ranger

Your typical Canadian Tire selection, and the staff have always been helpful. I’ve personally had a bad experience with the auto service, and won’t bring my car in anymore but overall my experiences have been pleasant. Only huge gripe is the cash collectors that frequent the exit doors.

Waited over an hour for "help" only to have the guy go "out back for something". Another twenty minutes, find him with a different customer. Then told to go to customer service if I wanted any help by a nasty worker, only to be told to wait 15 MORE minutes while they went to "actually get it". In the end, inventory was listing incorrectly on there site and I wasted close to two hours for nothing.
