Love this place and the staff. I was painting an accent wall.and the same lady who helped me a few years back was there, so helpful, patient, friendly and knowledge. Ace hardware have the best employees. My paintjob was successful the first go around The recommendation to get a gallon instead of a quart was excellent! I love the finish so much that I'm going to paint another accent wall in.another room since I have enough paint. Well done Ace hardware in Canton (Binney St). You Rock!!

They literally have everything! I needed to replace our door sweep and the gentleman who helped me was efficient in showing me where I everything I would need was located. I then spent another 30 minutes just looking at all the stuff they had and was amazed at the organization/cleanliness of the store! Definitely coming back here over Home Depot.

Like every Ace hardware, the employees actually know what they're talking about (unlike Home Depot, Lowe's, etc). But also like every Ace hardware, items here are typically more expensive than the big box stores, sometimes even 2-3x the price for lower cost items. This Ace in particular obviously has the added benefit of being in a prime location many can simply walk to. Generally speaking, I shop at the big box stores, because i already know exactly what i need and i know it'll be cheaper there. But if I'm trying to fix an unusual or unfamiliar problem or i need specific parts or hardware in a hurry, I'll often just go to Ace. They will always approach you and ask if you need help, and 99% of the time they know how to help you. And their store is organized (unlike the big box stores), so if you need parts in a hurry you can be in and out really quick instead of hunting around for misplaced parts at Home Depot for hours. Don't be concerned about the dogs barking. There's a dog daycare next door.

Great customer service and very clean store. Katie is awesome and help me and my husband out. We came in looking for screws and paint. She was very nice and understand of what we need.

Incredibly helpful and plentiful associates. Doesn't have everything Home Depot has but they probably have the hardware tools and some miscellaneous you need. They deserve the patronage.
