Quoted about an hour for an oil change. Went for a walk. 2 hours 15 mins later, my vehicle still had not been moved into the garage. Go to Lester Lube and Auto at 1079 Topsail Rd 1.7 miles away. Likely faster and better service. I called them when I was waiting in line to check in and should have trusted my intuition and gone there instead.

This was probably the worst customer service I have ever experienced... it was difficult to find someone and when I went to customer service the two girls were sitting on the floor, all the young staff members just seemed like they couldn’t be bothered to help or work. They got the product after but I had to be persistent, was met with many eye rolls just for existing and huffs and looks as if to say “well what do you want me to do?” When I was just trying to buy a product that was on display but in the warehouse, the employee complained about getting the thing and then I had to bring up the product number for him on my phone because he “couldn’t get it without a product number” the cashier didn’t engage with me more than ringing the product in and to talk to the guy who helped me bring it out about a friend of theirs who had gotten kicked out for doing drugs, she motioned to her friend by touching her nose and sniffing. The young guy who helped me bring the roof rack out was helpful, the man in auto parts also helpful and the only friendly one around however he had to tell the auto parts cashier how to do her job while she was being incredibly rude to him. The whole thing was just a terribly bad customer service experience that would have been more efficient and enjoyable if I could just have gotten the product and rang myself in. The whole staff needs a revamping on human decency let alone customer service. None of them seemed to understand that they are working there and that means they get paid to sell products, I felt like I had walked into a party I wasn’t invited too never mind a customer buying a product and not an overly cheap one at that... not my first experience here like this either just my first review. Worst worst customer experience ever.

This rating is for the store only. I’ve only used the garage once and was decent experience. The store experience is so ridiculously horrible that I only go to this location if I absolutely have to, preferring to drive out of my way to another location first. Staff are afraid of customers. They actually scatter and hide when they see you coming. Asking for help is like screaming SHARK at a beach. Complaining to manager has him literally picking his nose and contemplating its treasures rather than do anything about it. Cashiers are friendly enough. Almost too friendly? They have conversations with each other over your head while serving you. Basically really bad management and leadership. Atrociously bad.

Dropped my car off at 10am for an inspection. At 8pm (closing at 9), I hadn’t heard from anyone whether or not it was ready. I called and let the phone ring a dozen times twice and no one ever answered. I dropped in at 8:30pm to find out they never touched my car, but I could leave it overnight and it would be done first thing tomorrow morning. No, thank you! At some point, when they knew it wouldn’t get completed, a COURTESY phone call would have been nice! Instead, they’ve lost my business forever and didn’t seem to care. Sad.

One of the better CT stores in the st johns/my pearl area. Great staff in the automotive department.
