Shopping here is always a chore. Very poor store layout resulted in cramped and congested aisles. Shelves and features are generally a mess. Frequently items are labeled with the wrong price or have no listed price. Some of the most expensive prices compared to other stores excluding the weekly loss leaders. Staff seems to be always at a minimum and never want to help. Asking for a price on an item with no price will have the worker look at you like you are interrupting them a great deal to take 12 seconds to get a price. Several instances where middle management berate other employees in earshot or view of customers. Very poor professionalism. Do yourself a favour and shop at other stores or buy online.

Service here is TERRIBLE. I've been there several occasions needing help with either finding an item, or asking for an item from locked display case. I've waited there 30+ minutes one time for some car speakers locked in a case, I wanted to purchase them so I waited for someone to help but nobody came. I then asked customer service and they paged someone to help. Who never showed. I then asked them again this time straight to the manager, he assured me someone would be right over then he walked away serving another customer. I waited again for about 10 mins at which point I started to feel very agitated and left the store . I made sure to give the manage some negative words about the experience before storming out of the store. It is often a terrible experience here when you need something. I really can't stand going there. I still to this day hate that store.

Staff were helpful when I returned an item bought earlier. Other staff were helpful in finding items we were searching for.

I wanted rotors for my GMC truck so I saw the ad buy one get second one half price sounds good so I called got a price my GMC truck didn't qualify for second one halff price ????? But I needed them the guy on parts gave me a price and said they were in stock so I drove 10kms to the store goes up to the parts counter gave him the details I said I called earlier he said I remember now went in back came back and said sorry we don't have them but it is showing that there are 2 in stock this is the sixth time that this as happen to me in this same store so I am a little pissed not at the guy on the counter but by Canadian tires inventory and this will not happen a seventh time

Good store. Can get busy and have long waits at cash some times. When you can get an associate they are mostly helpful. They do seem a little understaffed at times.
