Absolute worse service I have ever seen. When you talk to them, they seem nice and as if they want to help, but in the end, they tell you false information and make your life a pain. It is obvious that they don't train their employees well (if at all). Most of the time it is college kids that dont really know what to tell you except "Uh... yea, I think so". There is an obvious lack of attention to the hiring and training process here in Halifax. Their internet plan is also an abuse of your money. A basic internet package should not cost 100$ a month (They try to lure you into paying 60$ for a couple of months, and then screw you over after that). The only other option is 60$ a month for an internet speed of 1.5 Mbps. Compared to their standard 100 Mbps package, this other option is a joke, and an insult to people looking for cheaper alternatives. Eastlink is a bit better, but not by much, you are better off looking for another internet provider (which is a lot cheaper, and friendlier) that exists in Halifax.

Had to search to find the executive office to file a complaint for terrible customer service.

I had issues with my business account and wasn't able to fix it myself. It took them a couple of days but they found out the issues and saved me money. Great service.

Worst service. I went in to pay a bill not too long ago, when I walked in I wasn't greeted, and just asked what I wanted. The lady at the desk seemed like I was bothering her while she was in the middle of something. Poor service.
