I have been dealing with Bill and Shawn for a couple of years now. We have a neo post postage machine and we purchase most of our toner cartridges from them. The service is spectacular! We most recently purchased a new multifunction printer/fax/copier. When we have any problems they come within minutes most times and always respond promptly to my calls or emails. They understand we are running a business and try to make sure we have what we need to operate at full capacity. They have proven to be trustworthy and reliable. The customer service is top notch! Tamarind Optical has trusted Bill and the team at ICR with their printer needs for the past 9 years. During that time we have had nothing short of excellent service from the equipment they recommended for our business and the service they provide. It was very easy when we had to replace our first printer after 8 years of great service to call Bill, tell him our need and at that point we could just relax!

We have had a relationship with ICR, and more importantly Bill, for 10 years. He constantly finds ways to make our practice run more efficiently, and more cost effective. His service is second to none and product line top notch. Simply put, Bill's expertise and knowledge allow us to focus on what we do! Very easy recommendation. Claude Sampson IPC Investments
