Always a subpar experience. Employees generally seem to dislike their job, tires weren’t properly balanced, online order pick up takes 10+ minutes, don’t expect staff to have a clue if you have product questions. Store is clean and easy to find things, Steven at tires is a great guy, but rarely have a good experience.

Staff runs away or they "don't work in this department". They never stock what they put on sale and when they have something it's way over priced. The service center is a joke.

Ralph, the clerk we deal with regularly goes above and beyond to help satisfy every customer he works with. He goes out of his way to help you find what you're looking for offer suggestions when you're not quite sure what you're doing and is always ready to greet you the next time you come in and ask how your projects went from the last visit. He truly is an asset to this company.
