Really unimpressed. Renovated our home and spent it all at their store, only to constantly receive moldy or cracked wood... even when we've gone back to the yard to pick it ourselves they deliver something else! Asked for some cuts - everything arrived off by a foot or more - again moldy. They ordered the wrong shower door for us. They misordered our siding. They suggested the wrong product for a job that on the exterior of our home. Horrid. In the middle of being assisted, the employee did not return to us. I went to find her and when she saw me standing there waiting, she continued her social chat until I finally interrupted. Gotta say each experience has just left a real sour taste in our mouths.

Often items in sale flyer are not in stock. Salesperson says they don't have room in stockroom. We make trip to the store for nothing. So disrespectful to customers! Most of their items can be purchased online from Amazon or Walmart DELIVERED TO YOUR DOOR for less. And you get free returns from Amazon. Just take it to the post office. Have also purchased lumber from them that was extremely poor quality, 4x4's with imperfections, stains and chunks of bark on them. Smarten up Home Hardware!

The only game in town so they can charge whatever they want. Bigger selection of flowers than there is hardware
