Generally store collection, offers are good but service is pathetic. One of the staff treated us very ill when we went to return the rented equipment. We escalated for rude and unprofessional behavior of the employee, manager never called us back. We called Home Depot customer care, manager still didn't call us back. We got tired of escalating and following up, we just stopped going to the store. Do not fill any lucky draws at this store. I always get a call from someone saying water testing service is free. I have told them numerous times not to call, but they keep calling. I can’t understand why they share numbers with third party.

I had a problem with my door lock that I tried to fix with many stores and door lock experts but no body could. I went to see Mark the key expert in this branch of Home Depot. He was the only one who could help me after many handy men advised to throw the lock away. Thank you Mark for the nice effecient job.

This location has the worst service I have ever seen through the system of stores you walk into the store and staff run like church mice never to be found management better step up to the plate.

Great place to get hardware, appliances and other stuff. We go here regularly when doing home projects. Mostly the associates know their stuff and are very helpful. But other times its difficult to find someone. They are great with returns, not sure about the big stuff though. We got a fridge here a couple of years back too, everyone from the sales associate to the cashier were helpful.

Arranged to have my carpets cleaned in my house by Home Depots carpet cleaning. They gave me a 2 hour window but no one showed up. After waiting for 2 1 /2 hours I called them twice and they said they'd left a message for the "technician" and would call me back. No one called. I finally had to go out. No I will NOT rebook.
