Great location. I needed a toilet last minute so I called and I got to someone right away, contrary to the competitors. They explained and advised the model of the best toilet for me. Once I got there, it was clear that the place was understaffed. However I spoke to Mark W. In plumbing. This guy was unreal. He gave the best advice to every person he came across. He made sure everyone was helped and was easy to approach and assist. He saved me money, time, and made sure I got everything I needed under 10 minutes while simultanously helping out people along the way. Mark is a great representative of Home Depot and would recommend this location to anyone.

GOOD Home Depot. It is pretty clean, had many clearance items. Some staff are super friendly, some are okay. Overall I would say the location is good and convenient and the store is great overall.

This store is probably the worst one in Brampton. They messed up a delivery I had come to the house. I had called to inform them of the mistake and they assured me they would pick up the wrong delivery and bring the right one. The next day nothing came. I called again and I was told they would call me back to solve the issue. Never received a call back. Called again, same thing. Finally, deciding that nobody at this store knows how to do their job and proper customer service, I decided to show up in person. I spoke with customer service and told me they would get the manager. This whole process took 30 minutes. Finding a manager and solving the issue took 30 MINUTES!!! Finally, the issue was solved and they gave me back some money for all my trouble. Even though the result ended up well, I still think this store needs a major overhaul of its training. Nobody is properly trained here and it takes forever to get anything done. If you have an issue, go to the store directly. They do not answer the phone and do not know proper customer service procedure.

Staff are friendly and everything but his layout. Jeebus. Like how does anyone find anything if your not from here and don't regularly use this location it's so easy to not even be able to find your way out. This location needs to move into a new building badly. Never the less staff wise excellent and prices are the same as almost anywhere else

Jasmine was a pleasure to deal with. We had challenges with a bathroom exhaust fan that came along with a led light attachment. The light was faulty and was gathering moisture. A few of the led bulbs had started to die and she gave me a refund without any fuss as the product was defective.
