Looking to upgrade your home and property? Brampton's Home Hardware is the first place to go locally and obtain what you need for that special project you have neglected to do. Friendly and knowledgeable staff will assist and help you anyway they can. Good for maintenance supplies, tools, and paint, a light bulb might bring on new ideas for you.

What happened to this place? It's a very small place. Nothing like the old place.

Women there are very helpful. Great experience and a nice clean store.

At the outset let me say that over the past year I have made a very deliberate choice to shop at this store in an effort to support local small business. This is despite their prices being higher than the big box stores on some items. The staff have always been welcoming and helpful as well. I asked the advice of a CSR in relation to a product and she kindly found the packet on the shelf and handed it to me ( I did not examine the packet in detail).Later that day I decided not to use the product for my project. The following day I went to return the product and on examining the packet the CSR discovered that it had been opened and taped in a very discreet way. She took the package to the manager on duty and then returned to tell me that they would not accept the return since the packet had been opened and they had no other example of the product in stock to compare packet weights. It seems I had been given the package in the same condition the previous day but the CSR said she couldn't take my word for that. Another CSR found the product in their data base and I asked them to weigh the packet I was sold. The weights were identical. I waited to see the manager to see if she would change her mind about the return. She refused. Note to the owner- You have lost a customer!!

Manager doesn’t honor price. If you are a different shade of Color (Brown) they follow you through every Isle. Manger have a very bad temper. Will never look in that direction again. Neighborhood store my A**. No star deserved.
