My husband and I went to Lowe's for paint yesterday. I have to say this was the most pleasant time I have ever had ordering paint . I believe the man who was helping us was named Ami....what a fabulous person! He not only served us with a smile, he also went out of his way to make sure we were getting the best possible deal because we ordered 6 cans of paint . Ami deserves recognition for being a down to earth, wonderful, caring associate. I have had to order paint many times over the years and have never received such outstanding service. THANK YOU Ami satisfied customer, Lisa

I attempted to go into this location of Lowe's last night (July 18) for the FIRST and LAST time. I showed up at 9:50pm (10 minutes before closing) and was stopped by a male worker in glasses who was standing between the 2 sets of automatic doors. "We're closed" he says. I respond by saying "I'm sorry. I thought that your store closes at 10pm as per the signage on the door. I will have to call Head Office about this change because I was unaware." I immediately walked off. I could understand him turning me away if it was 5 minutes before closing or something like that. Never have I been in a store that decides to refuse customers 10 minutes or more before closing...

Buyer Beware. If you order a door from them, make sure to check the work of the clerk that types it in. It's thirty lines of really small print that isn't easy to see. I brought a handy man who gave dimensions for a door there. They said they would have to make a custom door. I said alright. After waiting three weeks for it the door arrived - 6 inches too short. And because I had apparently signed off on their disclaimer form, I couldn't return it. I assumed the clerk would enter the dimensions given correctly- a fairly simple task. Due to their clerical error I am now stuck with a useless door.

Wow great store to shop home stuff... Always ready & able to serve you. They even take stuff back, without a receipt... Gift Card given though... Which is still appreciated.

Had some issues regarding pricing and misleading signage. Issue was escalated and rectified very thoroughly by fast enough. Saturday early afternoon visit, we were in and out quickly. Found department staff easy to identify and helpful. Overall, exceeded my expectations today. Only note: lots of customers walk in sipping Tim Horton's or other brand drinks. I noticed there werent visible waste bins at either entrance or exit. Nor in the parking area.
