Waste of time for contractors. Inconsistent with quality of lumber, they'll never price match the competition on building supplies, Stock levels are inconsistent, I have 3-5 projects going on per week. I've visited this Rona a handful of times as I live in the neighborhood, So I speak from experience when I tell you that you'll have a far better chance of leaving Home Depot knowing that your day ran efficiently and cost effectively as oppose to Lowes and Rona. They price higher than the competition, and when they have a promotion advertised, it's like pulling teeth getting them to honor it. It feels like the managers are cheap and pressuring their reps to mislead the customers not to take advantage of the offers. Their cashiers are never up to date on their offers and always seem to hate their job. Their cashiers are always scared to honor promotions... They're also a lot slower than the competition and usually seem understaffed. Which brings me back to my first point: Waste of time. I would rather pay more to Home Depot for the quality of service, consistency and efficiency they provide every client.

Wide selection of everything you need for home or home Reno. Friendly and helpful customer service. Found beautiful lights and many more items for home renovation at very affordable prices and cheaper than elsewhere. I really appreciated savings.

Canadian home hardware store for all your reno and home needs. Could be a lot more cleaner and organized, With all the employed standing around talking. Shelves need stocking and sorting. Love the outdoor lumber yard. Saved so much time as you can load directly into you truck. Air miles is a + Proudly supporting Canadians.

Good selection. Not pet friendly, yet. I got away with it tho when i went with my dog. Hope Rona is gonna change as Canadian Tire which is now cool for pets.

They don't accept returns for purchases from another RONA location (Brampton in my case) and keep convincing you how the different locations have different product lines. In short, they are conveying the customers that they care about their store and not RONA as a brand. Very disappointing. Will avoid visiting RONA ever again (except for my return) and never to this location for sure.
