They have a great selection of things are competitive prices. The service is very friendly and helpful too. Look out for the sales, as they sometimes have some pretty amazing deals that even sometimes include a cash-back gift card. They have a Subway and garden centre--similar to Home Depot. I definitely recommend this place.

This a great home improvement store. It is clean and well organized. They have the best selection for a screws, but, bolts and other fasteners, every speciality thread size available. Selection in plumbing and lumber is not as good as some competitors. Lowe's has great sales with high percentage discounts, and a good selection of clearance items when seasonal items are changed out.

On this visit we happened to be looking for a new toilet. Oddly there were 3 sitting in one aisle and initially we thought there were no more as the bulk of them were two aisles over. Really tough to check out the various models - which as it turns out they have a huge selection of - because the toilets are displayed above eye level. Makes it hard to imagine how any given model will look in a bathroom. But, worst of all, as we were trying to figure out what might be best, we could see and hear 3 sales associates chatting, but not one bothered to see if we could use any help. If we could see and hear them....they could also see and hear us.

Every single time I come here I have a bad experience, first time the cashier gave me a speech on how I can’t get a discount because I was with my buddy who works there, When I Hadn’t even asked for a discount. She was so rude. Today I needed to rent a carpet cleaner and after waiting 10 minutes at customer service watching the two employees stand around I finally got served. When I went to go return the cleaner I showed up right at 8 explaining I just want to drop it off as I work all day tomorrow and can’t make it out to return the cleaner, the manager said “no” and then an employee literally closed the door in my face and locked it. All I wanted to do was give them back their cleaner. The two guys outside were nice about it (TOM). But regardless after I drop off the cleaner tomorrow I will not be returning to this location. I definitely do not recommend

There is a reason Home Depot is king , that is because of great knowledgeable staff that's available almost all the time across the store. This Lowe's location lacked individuals who knew anything about the isles they were within. Much of the staff is composed of high school kids i think. Of course they're not knowledgeable regarding various tasks that i may need help on. It took over 15 minutes to waive down someone with any experience. Additionally, there were missing skews all over the place and i found myself asked getting an associate 3 times which were very difficult to wave down. They do have a larger and different selection of products than HD at maybe 5% better prices. Their Tiles and garden center has a more modern selection, but customer service always beats any product.
