Graham at Lee Valley was incredibly helpful and friendly. Gave a ton of his time helping me navigate a couple of projects and decide on the very precise tools I needed. Such amazing customer service!

Unique store with products you won't find in the big-box stores. Good for gift giving ideas. Seems equally focused on woodworking, kitchen, and gardening. Has the best glue: Titebond III.

Lee Valley always has great customer service and this location is no exception. All of the staff here are knowledgeable and friendly. They also have great seminars if you want to learn a new skill or technique.

Super helpful staff and a wonderful range of merchandise from memorable items of years gone by to the latest of devices in the computer/electronic era. And if there is some hardware item needing replacement, this is the place to find it. This simply is THE place to come to and enjoy.

Coming here is a bad idea...... it's like Willy Wonka's Tool Factory. I always buy more than I need and the customer service doesn't help either. They're so knowledgable or know how to brainstorm alternative ideas with me on DIY projects that they sell me on whatever they talk about. Even if I don't need it "Now." It's amazingly annoying as I don't consider myself an easy sales target. Give yourselves a pat on the back. I hate you 💗
