I was in the store dealt with customer service representative Jamie, I never received such wonderful service from any company so far. I wanted to return an range hood which I installed and ran it for a few days and I wasn't happy with it. She was very courteous and went far beyond her responsibility, she called the assistant manager( Onkar ) and solved the issue in hand and made a successful refund. Now this kind of service is just amazing. Thank you again. I will shop here often.

Very conveniently located in Pickering,Lowe's Home improvement store with ample parking and a spacious hall displaying the home improvement materials for the customers. It so happens that the Halloween season is round the corner and the display of connected material is to the possible extent. All the household articles are displayed for us to select with little differently. The materials are displayed section wise so that we face no difficulty in selecting.

I usually shop at the Lowe’s at 800 Warden, in Scarborough, but shopped at the Pickering Lowe’s because it was in the neighbourhood I was visiting that Saturday afternoon. The shopping experience there can only be described as “Culture Shock”. The number of floor staff might be a little higher in the Pickering location than is the norm, but their knowledge of item locations, product knowledge, and their desire to be helpful is astonishingly higher than any Lowe’s I have ever shopped at. If my usual Scarborough location was night, the Pickering location would not only be day, it would be high noon. I would like to give this store a 5-star rating, but it is a Lowe’s, which means it lacks the selection most woodworkers need.

Customer Service Representative was amazing. I bought a light and it was too big. Didn't have a receipt nor the lowes card 😂😂😂 she went into Database and did a cross Reference found my name and card and did the return!!! Amazing!!!

I’m disappointed at the poor customer service I received at this location. I especially had bad experiences in the appliance section. I was ready to spend about $6000 on appliances. Asra who is a staff there did not look friendly as she never smiled, did not show any interpersonal skills, and looked like I was bothering her. At times she did not even respond to what I was saying and yet just stood there staring at me. It was such an awkward experience. She was asking if I was going to buy anything and said the store is closed. It was about 2 minutes passed 9pm when she said this (but I was communicating with her about my potential purchase well before 9pm). I was also waiting for assistance, which took up time because no one was in the appliance department when I first arrived. When I was leaving the store, the doors were locked and no staff was present to let me out. They weren’t even in my line of sight in order for them to keep an eye on the exit. I am never going back to this location and would not recommend it to anyone.
