Highly Recommended!!! I did my kitchen project completely with Rona Markham team, Jay the kitchen cabinet designer is patient and friendly. He did very professional job for us from A to Z. I did also some other parts of my renovation with them, they have both good and competitive prices, also very helpful and knowledgeable team. I do appreciate their help for all last 3 months and I like to specifically thank Jay, John, Anthony, April, Doug and all other staff.

Just bought a whirlpool clothes dryer. Was so pleasant to be served by an associate named John in appliances. He was very pleasant and well informed. Also met another associate named Doug in building department. Another great experience. Great work gentlemen.

Tried returning an online purchase. Bring it to the "Return Zone" at the front of the store, where I wait 5 minutes before a woman finally addresses me and tells me to bring around to cash. Ok fine, I bring it around. Then she proceed to tell me, she might not be able to help me, she may get the next cashier over to. Again, ok, fine. So the next cashier takes me, and I tell them I want to return an online order. She pauses for a moment and then asks the third cashier next to her how to do that. The third cashier says she will help me after checking her current customer out. So, finally the third one seems to know what to do, but she has to go back to the Returns computer so that she can look up my order number and process the return. Suffice it to say, I can seem why Rona may not be long for this world.

Had what we needed, there was only 1 guy helping in the wood yard and a line of people needing wood. The emlloyee who helped us to fufil the load of wood was great when he got to us but you would think on a saturday management would have more staff. Id go homedepot first.
