The staffs are welcoming and helpful. Better than home Depot at least since they will go find another helper to assist in the certain Department. Lots of parking and have a loading area for bigger purchases. Sometimes stock are out and no ETA of restock.

The bane of shopping at a huge store like this is you have to run around aisles looking for the few specific things that you need with only limited time on your hands and no helping staff around. Those staff that are around are always "helping other customers". It takes quite a bit of time to locate on your own what you need. This is not only for locating small items but also for getting information or advice on large items like, say bathroom vanities etc. I am not sure if the store realizes that it is losing sales because of frustrated customers.

I'm in Lowe's right now. They are under staffed and there is a line of people waiting to ask questions for help in the microwave and fridge department. I asked the Male staff member for help on details of the microwave and he told me it is all online. If I wanted to know that I would've stayed home and shopped online. But I guess he doesn't understand the concept of customer service. You know the industry he is in. I therefore went online and guess what the mirocwave information was not online. So as I wait here, I realize there are people who want jobs who are willing to work well and he is here in his comfortable job being lazy. I expected better of Lowe's and the reason why I came in is to speak to someone about questions I cannot find online. For example, the oven we are looking to match the microwave the inside is Blue. It doesn't tell you that online. Poor overall experience. I edited my review and gave them an extra star because the flooring and tile employees are amazing. They are efficient and knowledgable. Justin is a young man who helped me and he was quick to give me the information and even wrote down the details on a card and gave me. This department is extremely helpful. They were extremely busy(with a lineup) and they were quick and knowledgable, helped people and moved on. So I would recommend the flooring department and dodge the microwave department.

Bought a on-sale Black & Decker trimmer and blower for $100 today and when arrived home opened the box, found the Li-battery is missed! Hey, what do you think now when you reminded that in store a separated battery costs another $79.99! I would not say this is manufacturer’s mistake, but I do would like to remind the store to check things cautiously and clearly when people bring them back for refund! Very unhappy experience today, specially when you bring this driving 30 km back and your lawn edges are waiting for you to fix! What I can say now? Waste time - I need drive back again to the store.

The place was huge(expected). Had everything, only downside is the price, went there to get some fixtures(dont worry it was cheap). And ended up getting more stuff needed for work. Only, some of the stuff were a bit on the pricey stuff(like things that shouldn't be expensive like a market set for $10) And some stuff were cheap compared to other places.
