Awful customer service. If you're from Amherstburg, make the trip to Windsor; it'll be worth your while. If I wasn't is such a pinch, I would have made the drive to Lowe's or Home Depot. After asking where an item was, some older gentleman showed me to where it was then proceeded to ask a question regarding my purchase that I was unsure of the answer. He then proceeded to mock my answer and respond with "you girls drive me crazy". Well, old, ignorant men drive me crazy too so, I'm glad we're on the same level.

Awesome staff. Always really helpful. Best hardware store in the area by far.

Every time I walk into that store they asked if you need help and you say yes and they can help and give you every single thing that you need and you never have to go back for that same job because they always outfit you with everything you need so thanks very much for all your hard work and you got a great staff

Very impressed with the size of the building and the layout was done very well. When driving in it looks small but very spacious and well stocked inside. I found some paint that they had that other Home Hardware do not have.

Very friendly and helpful staff. A bit tight if you come with stroller or wheelchair
