Good value and great advice... this is what I feel I get when I shop at Napanee Home Furniture and Appliances. I have come to rely on this store for the purchase of my major home appliances. I get good advice without any sales pressure. When I have made purchases, home deliveries have been made on time, and the delivery people have been both friendly and efficient. Old appliances were taken away for a nominal fee. we are now relying on this store for more of our home furnishing needs, and we getting that same great advice and honest value.

When first dealing with this store, they were very friendly and helpful. After almost $6,000 and 10 WEEKS later my furniture arrived, however the one chair was 1/2" too short on one leg, and had to be sent back for another week. I found service after my purchase was not that great. They didn't seem to have the enthusiasm they had when I first shopped there. Maybe it was the "attitude". When I'd phone to find out when my furniture was expected, I was made to feel like I was a bother. Anyways, I will not be purchasing any more furniture from them.

Four and a half yrs ago I bought 2 sofa chairs at this store after an extensive search in the area of Trenton to Kingston .Their selection was amazing ! Whomever does the orders have great taste!!!!Since I was hesitant on what color to choose they offered me more option on the type and color of fabric. I was impressed with the service I received( No one chased me around to buy, I felt comfortable to take my time). I have not regretted my purchase. The quality is outstanding. My chairs still look like new! Will definitely will go back when I need more furniture! .

We bought an LG front load washer and dryer from Napanee Home Furniture and Appliances last fall and we love the machines. We also got a box of the excelsior laundry soap and still on the same box a year later with a family of 5. I like that the owners do all the floor sales themselves. They don't have come and go salesmen like the big box stores. They stand behind their word. We live in Gananoque now but will still make the trip to Napanee when we need anything they happen to carry. They have a great selection of quality furniture mattresses and appliances for every budget.
