I've never been so disappointed in customer service. I went in for some play sand. After looking for a few I asked the cashier she said it would be outside. I pointed in the direction and she said yes. I went that way to garden area asked the lady out there she said go back inside the store go down isle 10 and go outside that side of the store. So away I go. A man asked me what I was looking for I told him he said front of the store. I went back in the store to go back to the front of the store to find the sand 5 feet from where the man sent me and 3 feet around the corner from my car. There was no price and I couldn't lift it. So I went back to the cashier and told her I finally found it after talking to 3 of your fellow employees. Told where it was so she would know but there was no price and couldn't lift it. She said oh you have to go to customer service. Exhausted I said that's it I'm done. And I left. I will never go back and I will tell everyone I know not to go there in fact I have already MENTIONED THIS ON SOCIAL MEDIA. teach your employees where their products are and to help a customer who would clearly need help picking up the bag in the first place.

I buy the TSC brand dog food for my baby girl. It's optimal, 21% protein and if on sale, approx $20 for 18kg bag..can't beat it

If I could rate it a 0 I would. Never any staff around and they avoid trying to assist you. Never any product in and they always say it's on order. BJ is the only amazing associate in that place and he definitely deserves a star but come on... your not supporting your local farmers with no farm supplies on hand and bare shelves.

Good place to shop for hardware, garden and farm supplies. Friendly staff and good selection for a medium sized store.

No prices on anything. Unsourced mods, empty shelves and just horribly payed out. The staff can be helpful but they won't ask you if you need help. The store has lots of great parking with lots of room to park a truck and trailer. What they do have in stock is great. But good luck finding a price tag! Haha
